3 Weeks of Gratitude Challenge!!!

DAY 15 of 21~ My Marriage

Babe , I may not have your wisdom and insight, for you knew WAY sooner than I did that we were meant to be together, and I am grateful for your persistence.  I may not always tell you how much you mean to me, but I hope you know, my world would suck without you..

You are the ying to my yang, the up to my down, the milli to my vanilli, and If I had to do it all over again I would 10000 times...

Happy Anniversary babe.. These 15 years have been an amazing adventure, and here's to 80 more.. you're STUCK with ME!!! Bwahahaha

Did you know gratitude is good for your health? Fortunately, a positive attitude can be cultivated, with a little practice. Although we are born with specific temperamental tendencies, the brain is a muscle, and you can strengthen your mind’s natural tendency toward optimism if you work at it.  Researchers have found that positive thinking and gratitude can help....

  • lower your blood pressure
  • help you lose weight
  • decrease your risk of developing depression, phobias, bulimia and alcoholism
  • Relieve stress (which in itself can help reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer)

So let's practice gratitude this month! In honor of Thanksgiving month, we want to do a 3 weeks (21 days) of Thanks Challenge.
