  4. It's saying "no" when the kids are sick. They're so miserable and tired of being stuck in the house, so when a friend calls and wants to play, it's pretty hard to say no, but you've got to--even if there's two hours of bounce houses involved.

  6. My toughest decision was letting a doctor perform open heart surgery on my son when he was 4 months old. I knew he needed it, but of course with surgery there are no guarantees. Great contest though! Thanks!

  9. I honestly dont know what my hardest decisions have been so far as a parent. One of the hardest things for me to accomplish though are finding enough time for me to maintain sanity so I can be productive for my kids. A lot of days its like I'm running on empty!!

  10. Should we do surgery or not? Is it beneficial or not? It was a very difficult decision!

  11. Who I trust enough to babysit...sounds simple but I am a little overprotective in that one

  12. Babysitter, and disiplining. Those are the hardest. The latter when they get older.

  13. Right now, my toughest decision is with choosing between homeschooling and sending my dd to public schools. Lots of pros & cons to each choice.

  14. I always have a hard time deciding if I should take my child to the doctor's or if I'm just being perinoid about a little runny nose! Thanks for the giveaway!

  15. My toughest decision seems to be the "am I doing what's right?" which frequently happens. Should I stop nursing? Is this the right way to get her to sleep? Am I a good disciplinarian? It NEVER ends!

  16. My toughest decision so far has been to keep breastfeeding, past the pain and frustration. Seeing a lactation consultant, trying to enhance my supply with herbs, pumping, and then even a prescription, it's never ending! I haven't given up yet, though!

  17. My toughest decisions as a parent sre usually with my oldest. I have a hard time deciding just how much freedom to give him. He is 11 and he is trying to become more independent but I am (to a degree) somewhat overprotective. I worry as the teenage years approach that I may make some bad decisions and I hope he will at least make the right ones.

  23. I have a 10-week-old and a 2 1/2-year-old and lately the toughest decisions have been based around whose needs have to be met first. I can only do so many things with one hand while holding the baby, so it's hard to feel like I'm constantly telling my older daughter that she has to wait her turn for me.

    Thanks!

  24. I am pregnant with my first, and it is difficult to make choices about how "organic" I want/need to be for the baby. In what I eat, what I buy for him....how much is enough, what is really important, what isn't?? It can be really overwhelming, because I want the best for him but I don't have the money to get top-of-the-line organics for everything! Thanks so much for the giveaway!

  25. I think that the toughest decision I've made since becoming a parent has been whether or not to go back to work. It is such a tough thing to decide. I've also had a hard time finding the right daycare. There is always something about each one that isn't what we'd like but you have to let some of the small stuff go. Thanks for the chance to win!

  27. It has been so hard to decide whether or not I should breastfeed my one month old. It has been such a struggle with my supply and my sweet little girl hasn't been gaining enough weight. I feel like a failure but I know that supplementing formula is the best thing for her. I could really use this, thanks!
